Chairman of the Executive Board of MVV Energie AG will be temporarily unable to perform his duties for health reasons
The CEO of MVV Energie AG, Dr. Georg Müller, has informed Lord Mayor Dr. Peter Kurz, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MVV Energie AG, that he will be temporarily unable to perform his duties as CEO of MVV Energie AG for health reasons. He will have to undergo clinical treatment, which is expected to begin in the early part of 2022. Dr. Müller assumes that he will, therefore, not be available to the company for several months. The Supervisory Board will decide on arrangements to be made for the temporary performance of Dr Müller's duties on the Executive Board on this occasion.
