MVV raises regular dividend to Euro 1.25 per share

The Mannheim energy company MVV Energie AG is paying a regular dividend of Euro 1.25 per share, and thus Euro 0.10 per share more than in the previous year, for the past 2024 financial year (1 October 2023 – 30 September 2024).

By adopting this resolution, shareholders at the Annual General Meeting approved the recommendation made by the Executive and Supervisory Boards. With this distribution, MVV’s share will offer a dividend yield of 4.0 percent. Based on a total of 65.9 million shares, the dividend will result in a distribution total of Euro 82.4 million.

A total of 95.9 percent of the company’s share capital was represented at the Annual General Meeting.
