MVV pays increased dividend of Euro 1.05 per share
The Mannheim-based energy company MVV Energie AG is paying a dividend of Euro 1.05 per share for the past 2021 financial year (1 October 2020 – 30 September 2021).
By adopting this resolution, shareholders at the Annual General Meeting followed the recommendation made by the Executive and Supervisory Boards. This marked a further increase in the dividend, in this case by 10 cents per share. Based on a total of 65.9 million individual shares, the dividend will result in a distribution total of Euro 69.2 million.
A total of 96.0 percent of share capital was represented at the Annual General Meeting.
