MVV pays attractive dividend of Euro 1.05 per share
The Mannheim energy company MVV Energie AG is paying a dividend of Euro 1.05 per share, and thus at the same level as in the previous year, for the past 2022 financial year (1 October 2021 – 30 September 2022).
By adopting this resolution, shareholders at the Annual General Meeting have approved the recommendation made by the Executive and Supervisory Boards. The MVV share will thus offer a dividend yield of 3.6 percent. Based on a total of 65.9 million shares, the dividend will result in a distribution total of Euro 69.2 million.
A total of 96.0 percent of the company’s share capital was represented at the Annual General Meeting.
