In our Sustainability Report, we have documented information about MVV’s sustainability in accordance with the Sustainability Reporting Standards of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). This report simultaneously represents our Progress Report pursuant to the UN Global Compact and shows how we are contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Our reporting generally refers to MVV and all subsidiaries that are fully consolidated in the consolidated financial statements. To supplement this information, in this Sustainability Report we also publish additional data which includes our at-equity shareholdings, as our stakeholders rightly expect a high degree of transparency from us.

We meet the obligation imposed on us by the German Commercial Code (HGB) to publish a combined non-financial declaration (nfD) in our 2021 Annual Report.
