Soluvia - Metering/Billing and IT Competencies
The Mannheim-based MVV Group is one of Germany’s leading energy suppliers and is a pioneer of the energy turnaround. At its two Soluvia companies, the group pools its shared metering, grid, sales and billing services on the one hand and its information technology on the other. The principal owner of both companies is MVV Energie AG, which holds a 51 percent stake. Stadtwerke Kiel AG and Energieversorgung Offenbach AG each own 24.5 percent of the shares in the two companies. Thanks to their locations in Kiel, Mannheim and Offenbach, the Soluvia companies are close to their customers and provide them with cutting-edge, forward-looking services.
*Gunter Eberling (*1972) has been Managing Director of Soluvia Energy Services since October 2023, with responsibility for Sales and Projects. Dr. Eberling has headed the Customer Experience (V-X) staff department and the group-wide "Create a Wow" customer satisfaction program at MVV Energie AG since April 2021. Dr. Eberling, who holds a doctorate in industrial engineering, brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise from his positions as divisional manager in the areas of sales and customer management at companies such as Verivox, IONOS and 1&1.
